The Auto Answering Device is used as a means for automatically connecting to the Send Unit to retrieve the reference phase data via a phone link from the field. A white LED indicator light located on the front of the device indicates that the device has been activated and is in use. Also, a red reset button located on top of the device can manually disconnect the incoming line.
