A good all around tool that gives you the flexibility to place steel strand and aerial telephone wires at the same time. A hole on the shaft allows you to use the locking pin on either type of 1 1/4 in. diameter extension handle to hold the tool in place. Made of carbon steel. Use with GMP Extension Handles (Lay-up Sticks).
